What Is: Body Weight

This is your traditional scale weight - the one you'll get at the doctors' office or any traditional scale and is the total weight of everything your body is made of like body fat, bone mass and even hydration rate. That’s what makes it a good starting point - but we don’t want to be defined by this one number on the scale or comparing ourselves to others.

This is a good overall metric to look at while considering the other metrics like Muscle Mass Percentage and Body Fat Percentage to see how your body is changing. Insight into our other health metrics allows us to be truly informed about ourselves while formulating goals that are meaningful to us.
